At our company, we source the cotton for our mattresses and futons from Australia. 30 Day Comfort Guarantee
We are dedicated to promoting wellness, which is why we offer a 30 day comfort exchange for qualifying mattress purchases made online or in-store. Please review the guidelines below to ensure your purchase qualifies for our Guarantee when buying a premium mattress or futon from Our Shop.
To allow your body time to adjust to your new mattress, we recommend sleeping on it for a minimum of 15-25 nights. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 30 days of pick up or delivery; however, this is a one-time exchange for the same size mattress only with no refunds.
You can select another mattress of equal or lesser value, or receive a credit towards a futon or mattress of greater value. If returning the mattress in full is not possible, you have the option to donate it. Upon providing proof of donation, we will issue a credit for 50% of the purchase price towards your new mattress, with new shipping fees applying.
